Can someone identify this headache and suggest some natural cures?
My uncle had a persistent headache at the top of his head. Massaging makes it worse. He had it after hearing about an emotional trauma.
Can someone please tell me what the headache might be and the natural ways in which we can cure the headache?
Thanks.

Any persistent headache should be discussed with your doctor. Its always better to rule out underlying causes than to assume anything.

Once the doctor has ruled out anything which requires treatment, drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding alcohol and caffeine, plenty of sleep, gentle exercise – they can all help reduce the effects of such a headache. If he feels stressed, Rescue Remedy is a natural product that just needs a few drops to have a calming effect.

But see the doctor first.

I have a massive headache at the moment. -____- I’m not into taking medication. Tylenol, Advil, ibuprofen, etc, because I find it unnatural and I just don’t like it. Lol. Is there any natural remedies to get rid of a migraine/ headache?

Dab a bit of peppermint oil on your forehead. The oil can cause skin irritation if used in excess, so just dab a little. It’s pretty effective for migraines.

I have a bad headache in my forehead, right above my eyebrows. I heard if you cut a lime in half and rub it on your forehead, it will go away. But atm i dont have any limes. Haha, will a hotbath with a cold rag on my forehead work? What are some other natural cures?

Sit in a hot shower for about 15 minutes. That should clear it up if it’s sinus pressure related.
