How to know am having a normal Headache or Migraine? What is the different? How to cure it?
I always have problem in knowing whether I have a Migraine or just an ordinary Headache. Obviously, I always have a bad headache that can last for about 2 to 5 days. Ordinary drug such as Paracetamol (500mg x 2) is not really effective for me. It makes me taking another strong drug such as Ponstan (500mg) to reduce my headache. However, the painkiller could not last long, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I just think that my headache become worst in some way that sometimes Ponstan no more effective for me and force me to take another drug such as Sonap (275mg) which is usually used for Migraine. It is mean that am having a Migraine or we have some level of Headaches?

migraines are worse, you need to see a specialist
Give your answer to this question below!
Migraines are usually worse than normal headaches, and include other symptoms than an aching head. Usually sensitivity to light and sound are a good indicator that you’re having a migraine, sometimes nausea is too.
If you’re concerned that your headaches last a few days, talk to your doctor. You may need a stronger painkiller than can be safely taken over-the-counter.
a headache is caused by your husband wanting sex more than twice a week. a migrane is an actual medical problem
What you described is a migraine. I used to get those and they’re horrible.
A headache is usually fairly mild, although the pain from those can get pretty bad too. A migraine is an intense headache, usually in one particular area that refuses to go away. It can also come with blurred vision, sensitivity to light, dizziness, etc.
migranes are much more painful and the remedy is head on apply directly to the forehead head on apply directly to the forehead head on apply directly to the forehead head on apply directly to the forehead head on apply directly to the forehead head on apply directly to the forehead its like a glue stick but it really works
Migraines come in many shapes and forms! I get the visual “auras” and nausea when I get migraines, and no headache. My sister gets a horrible headache, and nothing else. Migraine medicines affect your blood vessels by dialating them. Headache medicine (like advil or tylenol) just works on taking the pain away. See a neurologist about your headaches to determine what type they are and how to treat them! Good luck-
this is the best web site I use it all the time
You will be able to tell if you have a migraine, it is unlike a headache at all. Migraines are completely crippling. unlike headaches, they don’t throb, they are a constant overwhelming pain in your head. Nausea and sensitivity to light are two of the most common symptoms. Of the two most common types, one will give you warning of the oncoming migraine, it will be an aura, light will seem to blend, and your eyes will become hypersensitive, or so it seems, with little halos of light accumulating around the peripherals of your vision, and it is possible you will begin to feel nausea, for me, i get thirsty. The other form just hits you all at once. If your head throbs at all, its probly not a migraine, its probly a headache. If you feel nauseous and light hurts your eyes, its probly a migraine.
Migraines are very painful… and when you get one you are more sensitive to light and sound (in most cases)…
I also get dizzy, nauseous, and a slight fever.
You should go to a dr to make sure its not a tumor or anything else… there are no tests for migraines but they could test you to see if it isn’t something else.
